Love their cheesecake and especially their rainbow log. Unfortunately I could eat the whole log myself. It's so freaking good.

My FAVORITE cheesecake spot. Number 1 on my list. I didn't notice this gem in the neighborhood until a couple of months ago. They have single serving mini cupcake like cheesecakes and large cheesecakes and other sweets as well. I really go for the cheesecake, honestly any flavor cheesecake they have is good. The taste and flavor is very light and subtle which means I can eat a lot more of their cheesecake than any other places which could be a bad thing too! Also not the mention the price is fair. For events and birthdays I'll get an 11 inch cheesecake from here and it's only $40! The line can get long near holidays but it's so worth it. I rave about this place to all my friends!

Delicious neighborhood bakery. Wish they were open daily! Placed an order on the phone with Joe a week before an event, he said I didn't need to leave a deposit. Went back the day of, the cake and pastries were ready! Amazing service! Thank you

I didn't think college point had such a hidden gem. I recently moved into the area and did some strolling around with my baby and smelled something heavenly in the air. I was maybe on the corner and this bakery is halfway up the block and I could smell the aroma from a far. Upon entering this little gem you can see all the pastries on display and this huge kitchen in the background and the way each person operates. Everything is extremely fresh and made in house. The amazing lady in the front works very hard to provide and explain everything and when ordering one of their original cheesecakes you can see how they remove it from its baking tin, almost as if it was a little show. Everything here tastes amazing. Nothing is left to waste when I bring home their cakes or pastries and best part about it is that everything is extremely affordable considering inflation.

I know I already wrote a review on this place but I just love it so much I can't help but want to praise this place more. Everyone who works there is so hospitable and kind, and not a single item has missed the mark. Yes they're known for their cheesecakes and rainbow bars, but you genuinely cannot go wrong with anything here. I barely venture off to Whitestone but I would to visit La Cheesecake any day.

Searched through Reddit and reviews for a good local cheesecake spot (tried all the popular places in the city already) and came across la cheesecake. They are only open a few days of the week and their special cheesecake needs to be preordered ahead of time. So sadly didn't get to try the brownie cheesecake or chocolate chip cheesecake. Got a large plain cheesecake, all the mini cheesecake they had (they only ordered the fruit toppings for the mini cheesecake) as well as the chocolate chip pecan square. Everything was delicious especially the pecan square.

Not sure why I never reviewed this bakery before. I have been going here for over 10 years. It doesn't look like your typical bakery because there is not a typical storefront, but if you know you know lol. I used to work down the block and saw lines around the corner so I knew it had to be good. Once I tried it, I was hooked. They are known for their cheesecake, but everything is amazing and fresh. It's family owned and run. Everyone is so nice! It's a must try! Just a tip...it's cash only!

How have I not reviews La Cheesecake. This is my favorite bakery in NYC. They specialize in what else but cheesecake. Their NY style cheesecake is light and fluffy. It is so decadent! We usually get a plain cheesecake with fruit spreads on the side. I think cherry is our favorite. They have a ton of varieties but sometimes you need to order in advance if you want something besides plain. I was lucky enough to get an Oreo cheesecake this time. Yum! If you have read this far you deserve to know that they make the best cheesecakes but if you are coming here you must get their rainbow cookies. Three layers of delicious fluffy cake, layered with jelly and covered in chocolate. The best part is they sell them as a solid bar (about 8 inches long).
